Does anyone know when Carnival changed the style of their 24K gold plastic ships on a stick?
Old on the left new on the right

lol i clicked on this link to see what a ship on a stick was. i cannot believe i even have one of these! no idea why or where i got it from. mine is fake gold.
Or looking for some grease to put back in the steering column.
Solid Gold ?? or your favorite material - recycled plastic ??? Mine came with replicas of Andy, Aunt Bee, and Opie. Barney must have been out looking for his one bullet he dropped.
Perhaps, when they ran out of the original versions of award trophies ??? Had to re-order, and the original design was no longer available.
I had the same issue when I tried to replace my spelling bee award trophy Edsel in 1961. Darn !!!!
I have one. Make me an offer.....
Not an answer to the question because I don't know either. But I think mine and my husbands goal for our next cruise is to collect the most ship on a stick we can. We'll make it a competition! Anyone else do this? Sounds fun to me. We shall see.
Our goal is to get at least one per cruise either together or separate (if we get more we sometimes give the extra away). Your idea sounds like fun! Good luck!

I have one of the old style ones from December 2016. So, I know they were around at least until then.
Hmmmm? Good question! I'll have to do a bit more research on it?!?
