Price drop email alerts?

Hi. Newbie here - having trouble figuring out how the 'price drop email alert' function works... when I click on it - it always just send me to "find a cruise"... once I find the cruise I am interested in, how do I set a price watch for that cruise? Thanks in advance.

Go to your "user dashboard", it's under your avatar and make take a while to load (mine does). It should come up below "recent activity".

I can’t even find the price drop alert function

It posts a current price then tracks changes,

Mine has not been working on my laptop or my iPhone. I have sent emails and they are working on it :)

You have to select the "alert" option on the screen. WIll then send you an email alert on price change from when you first initiated the alert (up or down).

There is new website which can send you price drop alerts for various online shopping portals.

We've simplified the process so you can sign up for a price alert right from the home page!

Step 1: Look for the new box on the right side of the home page when you're logged in to the site and click "Get Price Alert"

Step 2: Select a cruise line, ship and sailing, choose your alert options and click "Save Price Alert" and you'll receive emails as specified.

You can add more price alerts or delete your existing alerts at any time, right on the homepage.

What do you think... Easier to use and more convenient? Let us know your thoughts!

Glad to hear you got it to work. As Simon said, we are working on making this easier to use.

Which cruise do you have your eye on??!

I got it to work - thanks Simon and John... I appreciate your help. Happy cruising!!

Hi Simon. I appreciate your detailed, pictorial response... however, for both my friend and I... we do not get the screen that you have pictured above... we get no price alert button whatsoever... the pricing graph button appears, but not in the spot pictured above... our pricing graph button appears on TOP of the section that shows the featured cruise not below it... and again, nowhere is there a price alert button to be seen... which is the main function we are interested in. Is a phone call a possibility to discuss this further - perhaps both of us going through the process step by step together? Thanks for your help
