It seems the more reviews I read about NCL, the more they seem to be sinking to a lower depth......

Back in 2007 when I did my first cruise on NCL my TA warned agents it. We had booked a cabin with 3 lower bunks, I called NCL to confirm before the cruise as did the TA. When we get to the ship, the room we get is 2 lower and 1 upper, NCL said to bad, the ship was full and nothing they could do. I called the TA before we left and he talked to NCL and they would not give us the cabin we had originally booked and paid. The TA said that is one of the reasons he did not like NCL. 3 days in they said that they had a inside cabin i one of us wants that. We were 3 traveling together and wanted it that way.
Once NCL has you on the ship they just do not care.

Thank you for posting your review. It is sad that NCL is really slipping. Perhaps they just don't care that this laissez-faire approach will damage their future cruise return business... which will basically be nil if they keep up the horrible customer service.
I agree that food and service has been better on Carnival then on NCL. When I was on NCL they did have a Piano Bar besides the main show.

I was a little surprised that you liked Carnival over NCL. To be perfectly honest, so do I. I also enjoy RCCL. I hope that your future cruises go smoother than this one did. At least you really enjoyed Bermuda, the children's activities, and the smooth Embarkation and Disembarkation. I hope that your future cruises meet your expectations.
