Review summary

If you cruise Zaandam and you see a special for 39$ for a mini facial. Don’t. I booked it, then they said I would be giving myself the facial, hair mask and body scrub!!!!!! I didn’t do it. I left!!

That is outrageous. I do think you giving the ship a one star rating due to that is incredibly unfair! I find it hard to believe everything about the ship deserves a one star rating. Having said that maybe you are the type of person that let's one bad event destroy a whole vacation. If that is the case I feel sorry for you.
