Review summary
The common areas and our cabin appeared old and wear and tear was visible. Room was very noise and vibrated causing us to not sleep for two nights while ship was traveling on slow speeds. Problems with lost reservations and broken mineral tub in the spa. Rude spa staff. Piano Bar entertainment was wonderful.Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Food quality and variety was good. Had an issue with a lost reservation. Pinnacle Grill food was excellent.
Entertainment
Would give the Piano Bar a rating of "The Best". Ship had a variety of activities and the ones we participated in were well run and entertaining. Enjoyed the Alaskan Brewery Tasting and Trivia.
Service and Staff
Wait staff was excellent and very friendly. Front desk staff not helpful. Encountered a rude spa staff member one night but in general spa staff was friendly.
Ship Quality
Mineral tub in the Thermal Suite was broken one day.
Cabin / Stateroom
Wear and tear evident. Issues with noise and vibration in our cabin. Noise level increased as you entered our section of the hallway. We had two sleepless nights (while ship traveled at low speeds) due to noise and vibration. Ear plugs were not helpful.
