Review summary
The price was higher than we typically pay, but we wanted to try the newest ship (at the time of booking). Because of the popularity of new ship, it drove up the demand and price. It was way too crowded, more so than I’ve ever seen. For the ice cream, the line would wrap around the pool. No sun lounge chairs available after 8:30 am and no staff to monitor this. Looking back, I would have rather paid less money, with lighter crowds vs max capacity due to the popularity of this ship. This experience has changed my view and I will no longer book on Icon for our next cruise. Hope this is helpfulEmbarkation

When you go to the windjammer, go to the right vs main entrance. There are still hand washing stations there. You will have a view of the ocean there.
