Review summary

This experience was absolutely awesome! While docked at Perfect Day at Coco Cay, I was really able to realize the difference of the size of this massive ship as it was lined up together next to other ships that was no where in comparison. The staff were awesome and very helpful. The food was great! The entertainment was on a whole different level of fun and the sneak peaks throughout the ship to be able to see all the different type of staterooms that they offer was an exciting experience to really be able to have the ability to grasp a full understanding of what our clients are purchasing to give them insight on it when asked. And above else, the fact that I had the ability to be at the official "Naming Ceremony" was an honor. This was definitely an experience that I will never forget.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was delicious. I experienced everything from the buffets which were full of tons of options, the side restaurants that offered quick bites on the go and of course, the main dining room which had the best menu while I was on board. The food was tasty, tender, delicious and a step above any other cruise ship I had experienced.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
It was soooo much to do every time I turned around. Of course, I had to let the "big kid" in me to come out. From the pools, slides, fitness center and spa, I enjoyed them all.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The entertainment kept us busy. All the shows were excellent! My absolute favorite was the comedy show. The musical was exciting and the ice skating show was whimsical! They even had a line dancing class that was offered and fun.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Although I did not have any kids with me, my guest and I were still able to tour around the kids programs. They are well thought out with plenty to do to keep children active and busy. I thought it was great.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure that they assisted in any way. The service was definitely set at a high standard which they executed perfectly.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship's layout was perfect! Although I had to get used to it to start remembering my way around, it was setup very nicely. I loved that everywhere I went, it was something to do. The ship kept us busy, which is great because I hate to be bored on a cruise ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The room was great. It was mid-ship as well and mid deck, so I felt almost a little to no motion, however I would feel a bit more while in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was nice without any obstructions and although I was close to the elevator, it was actually really quiet.
