Review summary

Loved Alaska !!! Was very disappointed in our cruise ship. Staff wasn’t that friendly and there was very little to do . The food was outstanding as well as the rooms. I suggest anyone who has a chance to go to Alaska, but don’t sail Westerdam.

Sorry to hear that you encountered unfriendly staff. We just got off this ship after a circle Hawaii trip and thought all the crew and staff we met were excellent as always. Cabin staff knew our names from first encounter and everyone we saw anywhere on the ship always had a friendly greeting. Agree with you that the food and cabins are outstanding.
