Review summary

Holland America restricts smoking on the ship, but allows individuals to smoke on the verandas to private cabins. This can really ruin your enjoyment if you are a non-smoker, and downwind of a heavy smoker.

Cons: Holland America permits smoking on the private verandas -- can ruin your own use

Recommends Westerdam? No.
