Review summary

The ports of call and excursions were pretty good. We had one trip that didn't include what we paid for. My parents paid for the inital trip and when we tried to use our credit card for purchases it was denied. The office staff were rude through the entire situation that went on for days. The credit card company said it was the ship so make sure you call your credit card company before going to ensure no problems. The wait staff and room stewards were excellent.

The food was great and there was plenty of it.

The shows got better as the week went on. We loved the magician.

Children's Programs

My daughter enjoyed the kids club. The hours conflicted with other activities which limited our time to use the program. She enjoyed other kid's clubs better, ie a resort.

Service and Staff

The wait staff and cabin stewards were willing to do whatever we needed. They were excellent. However, the tour people and office staff were much less friendly and helpful. Their hours were limited also to helping people.

We were in an inside cabin and had more room than the balony that my parent's had.
