The ship is old nothing in our room worked and they were ripping out carpet from a flood

We sailed on Voyager at New Year's and enjoyed the ship and crew. Older but not out. Sad to hear of the flooding and repairs. Agree on the picking before you cruise for your cabin. You save a few dollars but cannot count on luck to get a good view. There are warnings in the fine print for the fare every time I have considered it.

The ship is old we were on it last year. We love that class of ships. However, if I’m not mistaken, they hit a frightening storm a few weeks ago and took on water, which was probably the flooding you’re talking about but we had a wonderful time I mean it’s an old ship besides that it was great. Sorry you didn’t have a good time. I don’t know why you would be compensated for anything. I mean you cannot stop at any port and you don’t get compensated if you read your contract.😬🛳️⚓️🌴

you can't really complain about having an obstructed balcony when YOU booked a guarantee cabin

Go avoid this type of cabin don’t take a guaranteed balcony because they will give you what they have left. Always choose your room.
