Review summary

Over all feel this cruise not as good as before. Food is degrading. My husband got Covid at the end of cruise. He was isolated in the Red Zone. The Doctor from the ship Not Professional. They do not listen to patients lung or heart despite medical conditions been told. My husband has to put his finger out his door to get oxygen read by the doc.The room service for delivery meal was Very Slow.The supervisor from Buffet area (V**) was very helpful. He personally delivered food to my husband a few times.

My room steward (keyon) is very good. Our waitress (Carmen) is good. But out waiter assistant(Greg) needs improvement. According to My previous cruise experience, the coffee was offered before dessert came out. This time we have to request each time and many times the dessert has been eaten without coffee BC he is not around. Also, No Fresh Paper despite our request. Plus, his face mask was half way down( nose exposed). He was sick at beginning of the crushing. Later on, most of us got a little sick.

Sorry to hear this. This latest COVID variant is VERY contagious! I got COVID this past Saturday (after returning from a cruise on Thursday). I was basically the only person on the ship and on excursions wearing a tight fitting mask and still got COVID when I got home.
