worst experience I ever had....!

My first time ever on the Voyager of the Seas. The cruise ship looks great but the overall experience was awful. From the start of the trip waited in 5 different and long line. We came to the port very early and did not board the ship for 3 hours. That's 3 hours STANDING in line. When we did board the ship, we did not leave till after 8pm. That's more than 4 hours late. Which means that we will be late to our ports and late to our excursions. So, on our first day we were late to everything (Late to leave port, late for dinner, late for orientation, just late overall). We were also late for our excursions and had

Pros: room service and dinning services was great

Cons: punctuality and very long wait line.

Recommends Voyager of the Seas? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
Although the stateroom attendants was excellent, our stateroom had a few problems. There were light bulbs burnt out, TV was discolored, and the restroom would leak water every time we took a shower. Our restroom would be covered with water every night when we take a shower and is cold and wet the next morning. Called maintenance but all they could have done was clean it up.
Ship Quality
This was a very huge ship and very easy layout to navigate around.
Entertainment
There were plenty of activities and variety of shows to enjoy.
Food and Dining
The food was excellent and felt like fine dinning.
Service and Staff
The staff were very friendly. I did not find any staff that were not willing to help or go above and beyond. Even the cruise director was fun and enjoyable.
Cozumel, Mexico
a must see is the coral reefs and shopping.
Don't Miss: snorkeling or scuba
George Town, Grand Cayman
stingray, beach and sea turtles is a must see....
Don't Miss: interact and swim with the dolphins is the best experience
Falmouth, Jamaica
If you are healthy, the zip-line is the best. Climbing up the Dun's river falls is also a great experience. Just be careful around Jamaica. There are a lot of beggars that will follow and cheat you out of your money. Especially at the Dunn's river falls. My suggestion is to leave where you enter.
Don't Miss: Zip linning
