Review summary

This was my first cruise, and it was wonderful. The ship was immaculately clean. Staff were incredible, and everyone worked hard to make sure we had the best experience possible. The food was great, and the activities were lots of fun - especially the 70s dance night! The Boogie Wonderland show was Broadway caliber.

Everyone was helpful, except I lost my elderly parents at the entrance to the Port of Maryland building, since there wasn't a clear handicapped drop-off location.

The food was very good. Some of the dishes in the main dining room weren't great.

We did some of the family activities, and I did the line dancing. Everything was lots of fun.

Make sure that you understand how the dining room works, especially if you are with a large group, so that you can all sit together at dinner.

Welcome to the world of cruising, or I should say the beginning of your cruising addiction. Lol. Glad you had a great 1st cruise. Wait untill you start doing 14 and 15 night transatlantic cruises from Europe back to the US. It's takes cruising to a whole different level.
