Answer Question
Q: So our next cruise on vision of the seas is going to Columbia. So if you are vaccinated do we have to get tested 2days before we cruise from Fort Lauderdale?

A: Found the answer myself. No tests if you have 2 vaccines and 1 booster!
Answered by hairdresser70 on January 7, 2023
A: The way I read it is, IF you are up on all vaccinations, you don't have to be tested. I'd call and ask what their definition is regarding the vaccinations. I'm just going to test prior, to be safe.

Q: Do you have any recommendations for a pre-cruise hotel (low cost, no frills) in Fort Lauderdale for 2/5/23 between FLL airport and the cruise port?

A: Anything at the airport/ cruise port with complimentary airport shuttle is excellent. Marriott courtyard was what we used. Makes it very simple to get to the cruise port early and enjoy the day stress free. It is Ft. Lauderdale so it may cost a littl... e more but the airport shuttle is nice.See More

A: There are many places to take a test as we found out once on board, but we used Cmipeixample on Calle Valencia near the Sagrada familia which was listed on RC Website. It was €29 person and needed no appointment and was quick, about 20 mins altogethe... r. It was quiet when we went late afternoon. As long as you're tested by a medical professional and have proof, I think anywhere you can find is ok. There are cheaper options.See More
