As with most cruise ships, they prefer you don’t. However, they won’t say anything.

When I was onboard Vision last month, my brother wore dress shorts in the MDR and was not told anything.

We went in February and a lot of shorts. My husband wore them every night except for dress your best. Wore a nice golf shirt with them.
