These vessels need proper coffee machines. The kind that utilize "barristas." Special coffee in Europe is cultural and especially good in the winter months.

We were there for the off-ship experiences. However, the cookie demonstration was a bit simple. I strongly recommend demonstrations the take a little more time and are a little more indicative of the areas the ships are sailing.
