Review summary
Our 9th Viking cruise. 5* service. Good food, but limited menu. Afternoon onboard activities were minimal with most days nonexistent. A lot of time for rest and naps. Older ship (2013). Bathroom has translucent window in shower and when bathroom light is turned on at night, the whole room gets lit up. Not good if your spouse is sleeping. Our shower drain backed up twice during the cruise. Staff did an outstanding job and always friendly. At times, felt that they were a little short-staffed in lounge, as we experienced longer than expected waits. Ports were OK, nothing exciting or places we would ever visit again. Wish we would have went in March-May to enjoy the tulip season. June is too late.Embarkation
