The ship was first class\, but almost everyone on the crew was a trainee\, making communications difficult\, but they honestly wanted to please. The meals were top notch and the wait staff knew our names after the second day. The only down side was they use the Euro split comforters on the bed. We tend to sleep like nested spoons\, leaving someone uncovered. The balcony was such a lovely opportunity to relax and watch the shore glide by.

I only attended the \"fashion show\" and found it culturally embarrassing. It was more of a farce\, but you could tell the staff really tried to put on a good show.

Service and Staff

Almost all were trainees and we were their second cruise of the season.

Pros: It was all first class accomodations and the tour guide was supurb

Cons: Shighai hotel was far from anything and the box lunches are not to be even opened
