Review summary

The ship was old and needs refurished. It has been advertised as refurbished, but it must only be in certain small areas. There was only one pool, which, of course, was populated by all the children on board. The other pool had been removed (probably the refurbished part) and replaced by three hot tubs. There was a lot of grumbling from the adults who had no where to cool off but one small shower by the men's room. The carpeting in the main rooms and entrance ways needed swept. The same dirt was there all week long. 50% of the deck chairs in the rear were torn. The deck chair availability was minimal.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The large show entertainment was like attending a high school musical. Painful to sit through. The small entertainment throughout the ship was good and the magician was excellent.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our cabin people were excellent. The front desk crew were okay as long as you only wanted to know the answer to a question that they were trained to answer.
