Veendam Cruise Review to Bermuda
Sail Date: July 10, 2011
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple

Review SummaryLiked the Veendam, very clean, nice stateroom, attentive room stewart as well as rest of staff on ship. Shows were good, would have liked more speakers available. The wifi did not work that well, however, the tech assistant was most helpful. Food was good, with exception of the quality of the beef, not quite as good as rest of items. Realized that the Lido was practicing good health provisions, however it was very hectic to try to obtain a meal in a timely fashion. Did improve/

Don't Miss: Check out all of the shops.
Pros: The Veendam was wonderful, very pleasant stateroom, staff very good and attentive. The food was good, well prepared and served. Enjoyed being in both St. Georges and Hamilton.
Cons: When we first arrived on the Lido deck, being served was rather hectic and took a long time to be able to have a meal....realize it was for health safety reasons. Of all of the entrees served, the quality of the beef should have been better. I was also disappointed to not see local hand crafted item
