Review summary

The itinerary was wonderful! The service was not what we expected at all. Pretty terrible, did not cater to passenger requests at all. Die hard Celebrity cruiser here and guess that's not gonna change 🤷

I think virgin's main problem is they try too hard to be different Yes sir gourmet food but offer a nice steak maybe a sandwich at lunch time Don't want to eat octopus tacos for lunch everyday. Shows were ridiculous due to weather Scarlet night was held in a giant gymnasium-like room with not one table or chair for about 2,000 people can't dance cuz we're going to put your drink you going to dance holding your drink cuz there are no tables or chairs The other show you have to stand for an hour and a half while people dance around on platforms they push around oh boy they're pushing the platform around why am I standing why am I not enjoying a drink sitting back different is not better

I had an issue with one of the customer service helpers so I just reported her. I see what you mean and i just notice that these are younger folks with a lack of customer service training.

Yeah, my husband is on a restricted diet so we wrote them in advance & nobody has a clue what we requested. Service is meh on board so far. You definitely need the app to do everything.
