We enjoyed the cruise and the ports . Great drinks and very excellent staff working there . Will come back if it will be good deal again .

We didn’t use dining room or speciality restaurants . However, 2 buffets were average food. Breakfast was very repetitive , Cooked English , cereals , very poor quality porridge ( cooked on water ) , and some cold ham and only one kind of cheese for breakfast .
All food is English , homemade classics . I would love to have at least some Spanish themed food. Not sure why can’t they introduce like Spanish Tortilla for breakfast so it’s still in egg but Spanish style . ?
There were plenty to choose during supper and lunch . Certain dishes were not so tasty like lasagne was dry. But very good quality cooked meats like duck , turkey and etc . Would be nice if they can introduce like more seafood or more fish choices like tuna and not tilapia .
Great puddings and cakes .
Outside on Lido and Sirens buffets has pizza, hot dog and hamburger stands .
Pizza were undercooked when I tried. Hamburgers were poor quality meat and bun. Sorry, but I know how good pizza tastes.
In overal , food was average Homecooked English. On our Last cruise with Royal Carabian food was bettter .
We had all inclusive drinks and cocktails were excellent , big choice . Ale and beer available . Good red wine .Although wine not big choice but people could upgrade for 50 pounds for more options . But we had enough as it was !

Plenty of shows and discos . Although my age group is 30-40 . Most of mine shipmates on my cruise were elderly people .
Service and Staff

All staff works hard and very polite and attentive . Bar staff in Medusa and Lido are excellent!
We didn’t have a good cabin steward . No linen change during 7 days cruise . We didn’t give him clean regularly but he cleaned twice in the evening and no towel animal was made on those 2 occasions.
On this ship people need to pay for the safe use . TUI representative said it’s for free when we called them before cruise but its not true . People charged to use safe .

Ship is clean .
One big downside is that our ocenview cabin had very dirty windows from outside and it was difficult to make a photos or enjoy the view because of that .
But very old (1985).
During our cruise , it was rainy in Madeira but we decided that will visit this island again for a short city break. Plenty of flowers and colours . Good shopping
In Lanzarote we stroll from ship to the town . 30 min walk but For people who can’t walk far or doesn’t want to where is a shuttle bus for additional price . It’s a short walk and it’s not worth to pay shuttle bus if you are able to walk . Beach is in the town too .
Tenerife is big island and we spend most of the day on a excursion to Volcano Teide. The tallest Spanish Volcano.
Worth to remember that if you book excursion on Board , this excursion doesn’t allow cable car ride due to the time limits .
