The cooling system of the ship had problem since we board in Los Angeles. We thought it's because the ship just came from Alaska and the temperature setting might be on the high side. The night that we left Cabo San Lucas, the air condition on the whole ship was not working. It was so hot we were sweating constantly. We feel sorry for the staffs especially those who worked in the kitchen. Most people have to prop their cabin doors open hoping to catch some cooler air. My husband stayed on the deck chair up in Lido deck until midnight. Thankfully, the air condition started working then and everything was cool after that. We received a letter from the cruise management that we were comped $50 per person for the inconvenience. I think that was very nice so no complaints there.

Cabin steward was excellent. The beds are a little too soft. Pillows are definitely too soft.
