Review summary

Would never go on this ship again . I have been on nine princess ships . Is this the new standard for princess now ? Spoke to ppl on princess for first time they said never again . This vacation may have turned me off cruising .

Food and Dining

Clean dining room. Buffet food was not good . If you are in wheelchairs, scooters or walkers I would recommend not having to go to the dining room on 6 th floor . Only two elevators go down and some night we waited over twenty minutes waiting for an elevator to get down there .

Pool and karaoke was good . The voice very good .

The shows were not good . Princess has always been known for good shows . This ship seemed boring . For example first night was a man playing a trumpet for an hour . No variety . Several night was like this . Comedian was amazing . Even the production show was just so-so.

Washrooms always had plugged toilets and water on floor . They were not kept clean . This was on a daily basis .

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was kept very clean. Enjoyed having the patio. We had our heat off and cabin was so hot at night . We had no choice but to leave our door open at night . Sign on door said this would effect the air conditioning. What air , we talked to so many people experiencing the same . I know a few that slept on patio. Not good . We did not have a problem with flooded cabins but our next door neighbour woke up to water running down the wall so her bed and carpet were soaked . They moved her to dry things up .it seemed to be clear water. We know of at least a dozen people that were flooded . Some were not so lucky, they had sewer pouring in . One family had to be moved down to deck 2 . All their cloths had to be sent for dry cleaning . We did have a bucket in hall in front of our door . This ship should be pulled out of service until their plumbing issues have been rectified . I know this ship has been sold so I can only see these conditions getting even worst .
