Yes and no. If you are on a Windstar excursion, they will definitely wait for you. I have personally seen it happen. However, if you are off on your own - zero guarantees (have never seen this happen). Also, if you book your air thru Windstar and your plane is late, they hold the boat. About four years ago, I was on a cruise (from St. Martin's) where the plane was late coming from Miami; they held departure for 3 hours until all were on board.
