We cruised with Princess numerous times in the past and things were much better. They have been cutting costs and it shows. We would never cruise with them again.

Other than the meal we had in the Crown Grill, the rest of the food was kind of like eating at Denny's. The Horizon “restaurant” on the Lido deck was terrible. It would be “out of business” on land.

Mixed bag. We were traveling in Club Class and had excellent service in the reserved dining room we had access to. Elsewhere on the ship, service was indifferent. Crew doesn’t look very happy b

Beautiful ship. Dining venues around the atrium were very noisy when entertainment was occurring below.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a mini suite that was comfortable but it wasn’t very clean. One drawer had a lot of hair in it. Another had leftover change from a prior guest and there was an empty paper bag under the bed.
The ship didn’t return to the dock it had sailed from. The distance between the two was quite far, definitely too far to walk. Would have been unfair to a taxi driver to take a cab so we used the ports shuttle bus. Very small and could only accommodate 10 passengers at a time. The cruise line should have had coaches to shuttle passengers but they didn’t. Terrible customer service!
Gee thx for your review. Sorry you had a not-so-good time. I sailed Sky Princess over Christmas 2022, we had such a great time. I am going back on her in 9 days!
