Review summary

We were not able to go on this cruise, but changed the date. I was able to do that seamlessly because I had purchased the Princess Platinum Insurance—which I always do. They do not care about the reason and ours was a new puppy

To this point, the Regal Princess is our favorite Princess ship. We are hoping that our cruise experience on the Sky Princess will be the same. Thanks for sharing!

Yes always do insurance because you never know! I was talking to a bartender on a cruise and she told us a passenger had to be airlifted from the ship and the life flight helicopter was $50k and they didn’t have the insurance!!

Glad it worked out and hopefully others will learn that insurance is always a good idea. It’s a very small price to pay to be covered in case something happens
