We boarded this ship to compare with Crystal which we had 2 cruises (Jun and Dec 2017). We prepare Crystal.

Our flight was cancelled so we have to catch the ship at the first port at St Kitts.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I have eaten the best tasting 4 kinds of sauteed mushrooms at Pacific Rim.

5 out of 5

Upscale in every way. Plating is excellent. Our server, Mathilde, was attentive and friendly.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Reflexology massage was good. I used my on board credit.

Because the shows start at 9 pm. Too late for us. We go to bed at 9 pm.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Single sink in the bathroom. Crystal has better bathroom design with double sinks. The toilet made a loud sound after flushing. Enough to drive me crazy.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Category G-2, Cabin 618 (it was originally cabin 968 but we asked for 618 before March 11)

Ship tip

Be sure to go to the embarkation port day ahead to be sure you are able to board the first day.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Did disembarkation here and it was OK.

Basseterre, St. Kitts Did not visit port

We flew there to catch up with our ship as our flight to Miami was cancelled.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

4 out of 5
We went to look around and left in short time as it was hot and humid.

My husband and I had to wake up earlier that the rest because the custom had to see us first for missing our ship at Miami port.
