Review summary

Itinerary was changed and did not care for the ports of call we went to but I know that was due to storm. It just seemed like because our cruise was shortened by 2 days the entertainment was not what we were used to. The same Headliner was on board that has been on other cruises but I guess that’s the disadvantage of cruising with same line a lot

Cabin was good but our toilet didn’t work for 2 days and received no compensation for that as promised. Asked for on board credit they offered chocolate covered strawberries or 10% of next cruise which we already booked and paid for. Unfortunately it’s on the serenade again hopefully it will be better cause we are bringing our son and his fiancée.

I have a cruise scheduled for May 2025 on the Serenade with my adult daughter for her birthday. Believe me she can’t live without a bathroom in the room. I hope they fix the plumbing problem. Sorry you experienced that inconvenience. Thank you for sharing your story.

It can be disappointing to have an itinerary change but safety is first. I can’t imagine the prep the cruise lines have to take and the impact they feel, I’m sure much greater than guests.
