Review summary

It’s was a relaxing 13 nights cruise from Los Angeles to Miami with stops at Puerto Vallarta, Puntarenas, transit through Panama Canal and Cartagena. Disappointed that Costa Rica was canceled. Sailing with more staffs then passengers was a teat for great services but activities were cut short. The entertainments were gathered to old people and very disappointed.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was good but just disappointed that Windjammer wasn’t open for dinner and Artic Zone not open for long hours.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
I did rock climbing and mini golf. Thank goodness the ship wasn’t full and no lines.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Nightly shows were a hit or miss. The singing and dancing were boring with oldies. I did enjoy the comedians and juggling which came later in the trip.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Staffs were eager to serve after months of quarantine. Some were not well trained and kept making mistakes.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
I like the ship design with plenty of glass views but the ship looked old with rust stains all over.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Our balcony cabin was sufficient but the only complaint was that toilet seat was too high.

Ship tip

It’s a smaller ship with limited activities on board. Probably good for shorter trips but not for longer trips.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Easy walk out with farewell to staffs.
