Review summary

The ship is very pretty and great activities and entertainment. Our 9 day trip was very good however it was the first trip after returning from Europe and there was a large amount of staff leaving and getting on in New Orleans and Key West This may have effected the service. We happened to get waiter that needed more training (forgetting things, giving the wrong plate to people. This happened each night) other people had good experiences with their waiter. I found the ship to be in great shape, very clean and pretty decor. The entertainment was very good. The singers and dancers were great and the folks they brought on was very good. I'd recommend the ship but personally like the Voyager class.
