Review summary

Our overall impression of the ship was very good. Entertaiment was ok. Food was overall good. Ship was very clean.

Pros: Just loved the ship. Employees helpful. Especially dinner crew. Everything was kept very clean. Bed extremly comfortable. Had room with a balcony. No complaints.

Cons: We had gratuities put right on our charge card. They still give you envelopes expecting more. We put in a few extra dollars but the stateroom attendant was not as friendly as he was during the cruise.

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!
