Windjammer Marketplace on Serenade of the Seas

3.9
(9 Reviews)

Open nearly all day and all night, the Windjammer offers great food, spectacular views, and an attentive wait-staff, all in a casual atmosphere. In the evenings, the caf''s casual atmosphere is complemented by a changing menu and restaurant-style service. Choose from a wide variety of foods including salads, soups, sandwiches and burgers, meat-carving and hot entrees, as well as cookies, cakes and pastries for desert.

We ate Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner there. Every night has its own theme and the food never disappointed us. It was amazing

We had lunch there every day. The food was the same each day with the exception of one station that changed daily. I recall Caribbean food, vegetarian, but have forgotten the other two (sorry). Pizza, dogs, burgers, salads, pastas/sauces, to name a few. Breakfast was plentiful. A variety of eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, omelet station, pastries, bagels, english muffins... Had breakfast there 3 out of 5 mornings.

We were disappointed in the Windjammer buffet. With the exception of Indian food items, food was generally mediocre. Any toasted items line toast and bagels were cold and hard. Omelets were good, but selection of items were few (no feta cheese, really?). Waiters rarely came around with coffee, tea, etc. No help for disabled individuals carrying plates to tables. Indian food was very good, but would rather have nan than papadam, or maybe both!
