Review summary

We loved the Sapphire. The crew staff was awesome. The food was great and the entertainment was really good. The only down side was our dinning seating was at the same time as the first show so we had to choose between the show in princess theater and what was going on in Explorer's loundge.

You can choose anytime dining and eat before the second show or after the first. Ideal if you have an afternoon excursion too.

You don't have to stick to the dinibg time you could of spoken to the restaurant manager and got it changed or eaten earlier in the Horizon!
