The food in the Horizon Food Court was typical buffet food. There was a wide selection available and it was above average. The food in the main dining room has declined a little since the last time we cruised, but was still satisfactory.
Onboard Activities

The Royal had a great walking/running track which we used after every meal. There were many activities available for our use.
Entertainment

The comic was great, but the shows were not as complex and entertaining as in the past.

Ship Quality

We've sailed the Royal before and knew what to expect. This ship was bigger than what we would like in the future. The elevators were very small and were inadequate to move all of the passengers on board. There is no signage when you get off the elevator to indicate whether you are on port or starboard. This caused us to turn right instead of left to find our cabin, and visa versa. Even the diagrams of the ship layout weren't consistent.
Cabin / Stateroom

Princess has the most comfortable beds in the industry. The cabins were of adequate size, but there were only two outlets to recharge devices, one in the head, and one on one side of the bed.

Orient yourself as to which side is port and which side is starboard before you get on the elevator.
