Carlos, our head waiter was super friendly and worked really hard to connect with us. He was helpful with a co-diner's gluten issues and on the Italian night, he made table-side marinara sauce for pasta. Our waiter, Orlando was very good, too.

The dining room experience was amazing. Our wait staff Ivan and Burko at table 444 early sitting were absolutely wonderful. Great service and made great recommendations each night.
