Review summary

Room noise was horrible but room Steward was awesome. Everything was so expensive and not much in ways of activities! Overcharged so they credited us as we printed statement while on board. Final bill they took credit back off without telling us. Still waiting on refund. No apology besides a 6 pack of beer to our room for all the horrible noise we endured!!

It was ok on size and our steward was awesome! Disappointed as we were directly over the tender/gangway area. Woke us up very early each port!! It was awful. So noisy!

Ship tip

Dont sail with Holland America. They have yet to apologize for noise in room and also overcharged on our on board statement. Gave us a credit then took credit off on final bill!! Be aware of what they charge! Still trying to get money back!
