Review summary
I would go on this cruise every year if I could!! Our first river. We definitely started at the top. From the time we received our docs in a classy blue leatherette folder through the pick up at Bordeaux airport where a rep with an umbrella escorted us to the beautiful bus to the easy check in and immediate lunch and wine we were pampered and introduced to the wine culture of SW France. Only 125 pax, beautiful cabin with French balc. I would opt for larger cabin w/o balcony next time. Very well travelled clientele anxious to meet new friends. We did!! Superb food and service. Very laid back. No dress up unless you care to. Wonderful complementary excursions and vineyard tours. All inclusive means just that. All wine, spirits and beer and soft drinks. Each day we were treated to an excursion and in the afternoon learned about the wines that would be served that evening. Bikes and active excursions as well as lower impact offered.Fabulous
