Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was my 10 year old Grandson's first cruise. We were concerned because he is on a medical diet that only allows 10 carbs per day. Wait staff in the main dining room went out of their way to accommodate!

I had a great time many things to do on board. It was a smaller ship, but packed with big things. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be booking another cruise in the near future. 

The food in the main dining room was the highlight not to mention our dining seating and staff were fantastic. We enjoyed the food and also the company. The activties on the ship were shall I say not really exciting or inviting. Most of them depended on the cruise members---what happens then if no one wants to participate???

Some of the activites were only say 15 minutes--bag toss---never did see the shuffleboard contest----s Bingo twice???

. I was really disappointed in the evening entertainment (2) comedy-(1)jugging--     hypnotism--

ThIs was the first cruise OF MY 9  with only ONE SHOW OF DANCERS AND SINGERS . On a cruise I look forward to the shows---Big disappointment---

Awesome cruise on awesome cruise ship. This was my first time to Mexico and it did not disappoint. Everything was perfect from food, entertainment and staff. We booked our own excursions that were awesome. Snorkeling (3 different locations) on Roatan, Cave tubing on Belize, Chacchoben Mayan Ruins, and Mr Sanchos on Cozumel. Loved every minute of this vacation. My only complaint is I was supposed to receive a $50 onboard but didn't get it.

Dinner was excellent.  The staff was so friendly and accommodating.   The room steward did an excellent job cleaning the room many times a day.    Everyone we came upon was so friendly and it seemed genuine.

One comment though was a smell in the elevators...almost like it came from the bathrooms.    

We've been on several R/ C cruises and they are consistently excellent. Great food and entertainment. Warm and friendly ships. Wait staff in dining room very good.

My favorite part of the cruise was the staff and their unmatched customer service.

Beautina our room attendant, and  Igor, Vedran and Ricardo in the Dining room are some of the most compassionate, thoughtful and professional people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting.  We feel very blessed by their level of service and care. - We also enjoyed Eric and the dancing he led, Dan Dan and his terrific sense of humor and the Quest game on the last night and the red head lady from Croatia that seemed to be a part of everything.  She was always smiling and energetic and a super fun person in all of the events.

The whole 🛳 Was AWESOME!!! From the Captain all the way down the crew list! Everyone treated us Royally!! We ❤ Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and their family of Ships! Thank you so much for a wonderful cruise!

Went on the 7 day western Caribbean cruise, loved the staff & crew, do NOT buy the internet package, it cost about $150 & they have covered themselves from having to refund anything with the clause " We are not responsible for reception ". Well there is barely any reception, I even took it to the top floor & went outside under a starlit sky & still very slow reception, we were supposed to be able to stream but you only get a few seconds then it buffers for a while, then we bought a soft drink package at $70 plus & there were 3 stations that you could refill at, 1 of these was broken most of the cruise, one other didn't have Diet Coke most of the time, so you had one station to refill or take to a bar to get a soda, if you like tea or lemonade these come with the cruise & were good. The meals in the main dining room were delicious, had very good & tasty meals the whole trip. There was a sewer gas smell in our room & in the elevators, don't know what caused it but it didn't smell good!!! 

We truly enjoyed our cruise.  However, we felt that the food quality had gone down since our last trips on Royal Caribbean cruises.  The shows were all fantastic. 

The food in the dining room was ok but the food in the special dining rooms was fabulous, Honduras was interesting. Belize was really an adventure. Zip lining and cave tubing...the tour operators couldn't have been more helpful and everyone was so accommodating and caring.

This was our second cruise. The first one was a 5 day cruise and it was excellent. This was a seven day cruise and it certainly did not let us down.

Excellent service from the Royal Caribbean staff, good food, good excursions. etc,

While on board, we booked another cruise.

This was one of the best cruises I had in a long time.  The food, entertainment,

service was unbelievable. I enjoyed the 50's & 60's night, and there was a 70's night.  The place was rocking.

We scheduled bicycle ride through this web site. We were the only two people who did it.   It was a disaster.  Bikes were very old, totally rusted, very small and basically the chain and bikes were so rusted and old that you couldn't pedal them or ride them.  The beach smelled like a trash dump because it had old trash all over it.   The woman leading the bike ride said she had complained about their bikes for over two years but no one did anything about them. 

Everything was great some mite say otherwise but it really was a great cruise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing cruise and amazing ship.  The facilities were tremendous and the staff was very helpful.  The food in the dinning hall was very good and the waiter was very funny.  the excursions from the ship were too expensive so we booked ones before we arrived and they were much cheaper and went to the same if not better places.  The two pools were small but warm and not crowded.  The shows were entertaining and there was a good mix of music and live entertainment on board so we could always find something to do.  

  We had a great time on the cruise. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier and more  helpful. The main dining had wonderful choices and the waiters were eager to keep  our  glasses filled along with the wonderful rolls .

  Top rated entertainment every night. There was always something to do and we went on college spring break so that in itself was entertaining.  We couldn't port at Costa Maya and the activity director was quick to add more movies and things to do.   It was a great time !!!!

the entertainment was great  and great, good food in the dining room for breakfast lunch and dinner.We did not like the food on the windjammer same old thing and very hard to get around and service was as good as dining room. We went one night to the Italian special restaurant worth every penny one of the best meals we ever had there was six of us and it was my husband birthday. They treat you like royalty.

My wife and I were first time cruisers.  This ship is the perfect size for a first time cruise.  Its easy to get around, and the staff was very helpful.   All of the on board activities were fun.  The ports of call were great.  Food was yummy.  I urge people that read reviews of these cruises to take them with a grain of salt.  I read many bad reviews but had not of what was mentioned.  Just remember the cruise is what you make of it.  You will have fun if that is what your looking for.  

Entertainment was excellent, and all the different musicians where first class. Wouldn't hesitate to travel again on the Rhapsody. While the weather was a little unsettling and caused us to miss a port, the Captain did an excellent job in accommodating the passengers.
