Review summary

The customer service of all staff was exceptional! By far spoiled by wait staff and everything was personalized. The ship is slightly dated, but did not take away from our experience. The entertainment was plentiful and we were never bored. I would definitely go on a smaller ship like this again as the pool and deck were not over crowded.

Go play your complimentary $5 at the casino. I won the draw and got $400 as credits. Rhapsody is my lucky cruise ship.

Our only issue with Rhapsody was during our last day at sea, a toddler pooped in the pool quite early in the day. The pool was closed for HOURS! The solarium was available for adults but it’s indoors so no sunbathing. Just wish they had a separate pool for kids. Otherwise, great experience.

I went on its sister ship, enchantment, before they made it 100 feet longer. Thought it was perfect size. Probably the best cruise I've been on. Ill be on rhapsody in 5 days. Hoping it will live up to that.

So glad you had a great experience on Rhapsody as I have been checking out everybody's reviews on this and the other Vision Class ships. We are looking forward to our cruise in December and looking forward to having a very nice, laid back smaller ship vacation. Thanks for your input!
