Review summary

This was the worst cruise. First night out we went into a storm with 12' seas and the ship sustained significant damage requiring a few extra hours in the first port to repair. Guest services staff were rude and unprofessional. Ship was in poor condition (even discounting the damage from the first night).

I am sorry. No one can predict the seas. Omg 12 foot ya any ship would have that issue .
