Embarkation

We arrived right on time for our 11:00am - 12:00pm embarkation (11:05am after parking and taking the elevator down to the terminal doors). The check-in process literally took 5 minutes. The FASTEST we have ever experienced from ANY cruise line thus far.

Ship experiences

Onboard Activities

Onboard activities were great! We took part in Bingo, Deal or No Deal, and You Be The Judge. The cruise director Aaron and Laura were fabulous! Very upbeat and entertaining.

Service and Staff

We could write a novel on the level of five star service we reviewed. Carlo, our room attendant was the best room attendant we have ever had. Each and every crew member is happy to be there and will do anything to make your trip memorable.

Ship Quality

The crew does not stop cleaning! We observed this throughout our entire sailing. Cleaning the walls, the floor, the gold accents and trim around the ship. There was not an ounce of dust, rust, or chipped paint we could see.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

The cabin was super comfortable and felt like home. Would totally do a world cruise in that cabin! It had a full size tub / shower as well. Balcony is a little small but we got used to it! The technology is by far the best out there as well. Walking up to the room with the ease of access is great when you bring back a little snack!

Ship tip

Bring pants, lol! Also explore the ship at night. Everyone was sound asleep at 10:00pm. Literally no one was on deck at all.

We were off the ship in a matter of 5 minutes. The longest we had to wait was for our quick scan with Homeland Security.

My wife and I go COVID onboard - was quarantined sent to Hotel and Princess Refuses to pay

Just got off the Regal Princess for a western Caribbean. We went to Costa Maya, Roatan, Belize and Cozumel. All the ports were great and we were glad to see 6 ships in Cozumel. The ship was immaculately cleaned.
