We enjoyed our transatlantic cruise on the Regal Princess and will cruise Princess again. The ports were amazing, met some wonderful people and thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed each other and our time together.

Specialty dining was exceptional (Crown Grill, Sabatini's), MDR was average, Buffet was disappointing as frequently food was cold. Dishes were dry and at times over cooked.

This was a transatlantic crossing so we really enjoyed the Enclave almost every day. We attended two wine tasting events which were great. A good variety of entertainment throughout the cruise

Overall good - Would have liked more evening entertainment in different venues. There was always music in the Piazza but sometimes finding seating was difficult. Very good piano vocalist in Crooners. The one show we attended in Theater was good; however, seats were very limited - Needed to get there about an hour ahead in order to get better seats

Room Steward, Spa Staff, Specialty dining staff fabulous. Staff in buffet area both wait staff and behind counter some what in attentive and appeared to not be the happiest group

Ship was very clean - Design overall good except for what all have reported related to difficulty moving from front to back of ship from exterior as well as from every deck
Cabin / Stateroom

Very nice - Closet space was great as it was in a separate alcove by bathroom. We have read many complaints about size of balcony, but we found our balcony to be just fine with plenty of room to sit with drinks and enjoy ocean. There is only one outlet on one side of bed, but that was minor. A usb hub extender gave us everything we needed
Ship tip
Make sure you take advantage and book the specialty dining - great price and outstanding food and service. Alfredo's and International Cafe are also great places - International Cafe open 24/7 and always has something good. Look at Spa specials - the Enclave was worth the price. Not sure if we would use it on a warm weather cruise, but was perfect for this transatlantic
Another beautiful city -We did Hop on Hop Off bus which allowed us alot of flexibility to see the city. If you want the best Fish and Chips stop at Wetherspoons near City Centre - Great food
Our favorite port - we will definitely return as we had no where near enough time to explore. The excursion was to Powerscourt Estate and then Dublin on your own. Powerscourt was beautiful, but would next time choose more time in Dublin
We visited Blarney Castle with a drive through Cork. The grounds of the castle were beautiful, but the line to kiss the Blaney Stone was 2 hours long. People had advised that it is really over rated. I'm glad we did this once but would not do it again. Frankly we loved Cobb and could have spent our entire time there. Beautiful, lively Irish village and the ship docks right there
Loved the port area and ate at a local establishment Bluenose II recommended by a merchant - Good food with friendly service. Enjoyed boardwalk and all the activities going on - Nice seaside city
Have to give NY City 5 stars :) - We've been to the city several times as we live in Upstate NY. The sail in at 5am was beautiful with Verrazano-Narrow lite up- the Statue of Liberty to our left and the Manhattan skyline ahead - beautiful
Very good we were off ship and through customs in about 30 minutes. Again the Princess transfer was back to Newark and our car was seamless and worth the money
