We loved our cruise! We were on the ship for 14 days & checked to see if there was anything for the following week, but it was full.

It was so easy! We had our Medallions mailed to us before the cruise and the process was so easy!

Food and Dining

Food was excellent! We had anytime Dining and there seemed to be some confusion on which dining room we needed to go to each night, but we would eventually be seated and have a great meal. We went to a specialty restaurant, because we received it as a gift, but would not do it again (Crab Shack). The buffet was great! Lots of variety! On the last day they had a chocolate fountain for breakfast with a whole lot of chocolate options (chocolate chip pancakes, chocolate waffles, etc.). Then for the lunch desserts on the last day (besides the regular things) they had these huge beautiful decorated cakes (red velvet, Black Forest, chocolate, white chocolate, tiramisu, strawberry short cake, & more).🍰

Onboard Activities

I used the pool, fitness center, did Zumba, & played Pickleball during the day, but love to lounge too! We loved to participate in the trivia & game shows they have on board. Also like to shop (mostly looking).

Entertainment

The comedian was excellent! Even though they are well performed, we do not care for the Broadway productions. We did enjoy the Beatlemania.

Princess Live

We love all the game shows the Princess Regal had every night. Most were in the Princess Live, where they would film them to be watched on TV later. Wish the room was a little bit bigger. Always a big turn out for the game shows. The hosts are always enthusiastic even though they do this week after week & month after month! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Movies Under The Stars

Princess has the latest movies 🎥. They put out special cushions to lay on and have popcorn and warm blankets available. They have updated their TV selections as well (much, much better)! We only watch TV when we are getting ready for dinner (only one person in the bathroom at a time! 🤣) and before we go to sleep. Easy setup and lots of options.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was chosen for us & at first I wasn’t happy about being by the elevators, because I thought it would be noisy, but it really was very convenient & quiet. We did have an obstructed view, which was a life boat right outside our balcony, but only blocked our view looking down, not out. We could have climbed over our balcony and stood on the life boat. The top of the life boat was at the level of our balcony floor. Of course we DID NOT DO THAT! 🤣

Ship tip

You are going to love the Medallions! Take time to get a Tagalong. Play a game on the display boards. It’s fun & easy! Relax & have fun!

Disembarkation

This was NOT the fault of Princess, but was the fault of some people that did not get off the boat when they were suppose to get off. We were staying on for the next week. There were over 400 of us, but we had to wait until everyone else was off the ship. We waited for well over an hour in the theater, then we were able to get off the ship & then we returned back to the ship pretty fast considering all the people. They did a good job & it wasn’t their fault, they had to follow the laws.
