A: Based on your cruise history, you should be platinum. If that’s the case, you should be able to book your dining reservations right after you booked. I believe if you are not platinum or elite, you can only book after final payment…..unless things... have changed….See More

Q: I am trying to find out how we book our Covid test at the port. When I go to the web page Athens is not a port that you can make a reservation for. I have called Princess and have gotten an answer. Does anyone know how to do this? Is it best just to get the test at the airport when we fly in. We can’t get at home because we are coming in 2 days early

A: We were there a month ago and they do testing at the pier before checking in for free. I’m not sure if you can reserve a time at the pier but someone told us it took a while for the test to come back. We opted to get the test at the hotel the night b... efore. It was 35 euros each and we had our results back in an hour. The hotel was very helpful with the set up and the tester was on time and very friendly.See More

A: As far as I know, COVID testing is readily accessible almost anywhere in the world now so you need not worry. I would suggest that you ask concierge once you arrive at your hotel so you'll be able to prepare and adjust the time of testing required by... the cruise line. My wife and I are also arriving in Athens 2 days before sailing and we're just taking it one thing at a time. Planning is always the key when you travel during these uncertain times. Just take it easy and you'll be fine.😊See More

Q: Anyone else having troubles with booking excursions on this app? I booked and paid for an excursion and the charge showed up three days later and I never received a confirmation email. I reached out to shore excursions help and they keep telling me they don’t see the booking. I suggest NOT booking an excursion from this app. Something seems to be wrong.

A: Number one spot to check is the cruise line’s web page. The 4 lines we are doing have it all laid out. Check back weekly, then daily the week before you board since things can change at the last minute.
