My wife and I ordered our medallions together. The App has shown green lane since we input our personal information and ordered our medallions and still does. However, both of our Apps now indicate that we have to get our medallions at the port. This popped up when I went to check if our medallions shipped. We have green lane plus a notice to pick up at port. Any thoughts on which is correct?

This happened to my daughter. It was because after ordering the medallion, she went back in the app and looked through the medallion accessories. Something must have gotten stuck in her cart which then made the system think she hadn’t completed the order yet. At the port, they let her in the green lane since she had the medallion in hand.

Did you pay the delivery fee for the medallions? If so, they should arrive 10 to 14 days before the cruise sail date. Call Princess and confirm. We have always received our medallions on time when paid for. DEFINITELY WORTH THE $10 shipping fee.
