I checked on the Princess website and it shows the following:We’ll deliver your Medallion to the address saved in your profile before you set sail. If it doesn’t arrive, please call Princess Cruises. If you book late and don’t receive your Medallion in advance, you can pick it up at the terminal during check-in.Here is the Princess contact info:Phone: 800-774-6237Website: princess.com
