Review summary

The cabin and ship facilities were OK. The dining room staff was very good and the food was mostly good. There was no music entertainment during the day and not very good or many options at night. The main stage shows that I saw (2) were not good. The boarding and dis-embarkment was slow and lengthy. The port facilities were to small and over crowded and the staff was not helpful. Ship app and free wi-fi was not good and mostly unavailable. Guest services provided incorrect information more than twice which created problems and confusion.

I had to show my sail pass 5 times during the boarding process and it took over 1.5 hours to get through the multiple lines at each check point.

Most main dining room food was good, not great. Some entrees were not good. Deserts were good.

DJ was good. Stage shows were terrible. Comedian laughed at punch line before he deliverd it. No musicians during the day.

The steward and dining room wait staff was good. The guest services were not helpful to resolve problems or provide useful information.

Ship Quality

Overall OK. The ship's decor is quite pretty. Elevators seemed quite crowded most of the time. Walked down one hallway with a very bad odor of mold or mildew.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was small. When the desk chair was not tucked under the desk it was not possible to walk about in the room with the sofa table and other room fixtures.

Disembarkation

Incorrect instruction from guest services about wheelchair assistance. Took 3 times to get proper information. The port facility is to small and crowded and the staff is not helpful.
