Review summary

I very much enjoyed our cruise. We were assigned My Time Dinning. We have never done it before so I was willing to try it. The first night was the only issue we had. We were told we would have to wait until 8pm. That was way too late for us. We went down earlier and were seated before 8pm. All other nights we were able to dine at our selected times. The food was better on the larger ships but still good. Our wait staff were excellent. There was never a time we were in our hallway that we did not see our room attendant. I don't know when they sleep! The one piece of advice I would give is pack less. I took way more than I needed. All evening meals were casual except for the two formal nights. None of my dress pants and blouses were used. We were in port late most days which was nice. We had time to have an excursion and explore most days. We had very good weather which was unusual. It sprinkled on us one day. We did a 3 day post land tour. We were able to see a full viewing of Denali three days in a row! The entire experience was wonderful. I have no regrets on choosing this ship, ports, or land portions of the cruise. Our guide and driver (Tammy and Morgan) for the land tour were excellent.

With my time dining you are "sopposed" to let them know when you plan to dine each night. You cannot just walk up anytime and expect to get right in.
